In order to streamline support requests and better help you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Please note: PRIORITY PAID SUPPORT CONTRACTS are available at www.sfiab.com
Priority support requests will be addressed by our staff within one business day.
If you do not have a priority support contract, your support ticket will be answered as soon as a volunteer is available.
